He is proficient at analyses and happy developing and executing processes to maximize efficiencies. He is excellent  in communicating across all functional teams and has taken responsibility to lead and mentor the team. Timeliness and  planning are his mantra. He has kept an eye on the team and has set high standards in customer service. He has cordial relation with all stakeholders including the competitors and is their friend outside work.
