Rajesh Tahilyani

With over 19 years of experience in the operations domain, Rajesh has been associated with the company since 2002 and is amongst the longest serving team member. He has grown in the system which gives him the unique understanding of the ground realities and challenges while keeping an eye on the top-level processes and systems, including its continuous improvement and development. Rajesh has developed specialised skills in malpractice detection. He has the unique ability to have a find the “wrong ways” and prompt fixes in processes and procedures. He manages the test administration team across India and Bhutan. 

Outside of work Rajesh music enthusiast, he makes time to play cricket and football
